How we work together
You will be assisted to touch upon the areas of your exploration within a safe, non-judgmental environment, resting upon unconditional respect and compassion. I operate within a non-directive agenda. My clients and I work together towards our agreed goals in a pace and manner that suit their needs. To that end, I will rely greatly on your feedback in our joint effort.
It is my belief that all humans are entitled to make the best of their lives in their own individual ways. As part of this effort, you will be helped to approach the hurts and fears that hold your life back. Gradually, you will become able to focus upon your own gifts and traits to lead you to the fulfilment you deserve. In the course of our sessions you will be tapping into your hidden potential, develop your own unique abilities to follow your dreams and bring them about in your life.

I follow an integrated approach combining elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Person Centered and Existential Therapies, Mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing.
I view my clients' difficulties as windows for self-enquiry, leading to discovery and transformation.
